- It is a device can detect unnormal when yarn or wires are broken or loosened.
We have abnormal detection type with a micro switch hidden inside and rotation detection of the roller guide type with optical sensor.
The device that can measure the speed and length of yarn and wires is also available.
Normally, when abnormal detected by the sensor, the operation of machine must stop or cut the yarn and wire from the guide.
We have many type of yarn guide for the sensor such as hook guide, pipe guide, slit guide etc.
